Miracle Acres is a year-round not-for-profit cooperative senior RV park.
Our main season, with regular activities and monthly Board meetings, runs from November through March. From April 1st to October 31st the park remains open with a small number of full-time year-round residents, but no organized social activities are held during that time. Home sales continue throughout the year; however, because the Board does not meet as frequently during the off-season, the approval process for new members may take a little longer.
Prospective buyers are welcome anytime. Anyone interested in buying and becoming a member must first meet with the Board of Directors for an interview. The Board must approve all new members before any financial arrangements are made with the seller. A packet of information for potential members is available by contacting the Miracle Acres office.
