Notice about Annual Season Closure
Miracle Acres is fully operational each year from November through May. The facility is closed from May 1 until November 1. This applies to both formal activities and home sales. Sales may still occur during the months of closure but may be delayed due to the board not having regular monthly meetings during that time. At any time of year, all prospective buyers looking to purchase and become members must first meet with our Board of Directors for an interview. The board must approve membership before financial arrangements are made with the seller(s). There is a packet of information for potential members that can be obtained by contacting the Miracle Acres office.
