About Us

We are a gated community, located north of beautiful Palm Springs, in the community of Desert Edge. Members own the park with equal shares in our association as well as being a California non-profit. This requires every member to volunteer for small jobs or positions on the board so that we can maintain lower annual assessments.
 
The area is famous for its natural healing mineral hot springs. The park is conveniently located near historic and natural landmarks, championship golf courses, boutique shopping, and hiking trails. It is a short drive to Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs Airport, and all cities in Coachella Valley.
